Do you like working with your hands, staying active, and standing back at the end of a job to see the dirt, moss, and grime gone? Do you take pride in leaving a property looking better than you found it?

This is fast-paced, hands-on work that takes you up on steep roofs, tall ladders, and high places most people won’t go. You’ll be handling and setting ladders up to 40 feet & working in all kinds of weather. Most days you’re running your own jobs, but you won’t be alone for the heavy stuff, we work as a team when the job calls for it. If heights and hard physical work don’t faze you, keep reading.

The Job

EcoClean is a growing exterior cleaning company. We do roof softwashing, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and more. We’re hiring one lead technician to run jobs solo across the Port Townsend area. You drive the truck, you run the job, you own the result. No babysitting, no hand-holding.

Hours

• Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

• 40 hours/week, seasonal with potential to be full-time

What You’ll Do

• Run pressure washing and exterior cleaning jobs independently, every day

• Drive the work truck to and from job sites

• Assess each surface and call the right approach

• Hold your own work to a standard before the customer ever sees it

• Keep the office in the loop on job status and any issues

• Keep equipment in good shape and flag maintenance early

• Ask happy customers for a Google review

• Prioritize safety on every job and report hazards immediately

What You Need to Have

• Real experience in pressure washing, roof cleaning, or exterior cleaning

• Based near Port Townsend, or willing to be

• A valid driver’s license and a clean record (you’re driving our truck, non-negotiable)

• Comfortable handling ladders up to 40 feet (with a hand on the bigger ones)

• No fear of heights

• Willing to follow safety protocols and use required safety equipment

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to start immediately

• Reliable. If you’re on the schedule, you’re there. If something comes up, you call.

• High standards. You see what’s wrong before anyone else does, and you fix it.
